Política de cancelación

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Wookar Adventures. Cancellation charges are calculated from the date the written notice is received and are necessary to cover commitments made with accommodation providers, park authorities, and other service partners.

  • More than 60 days before arrival: 10% of the total safari cost.

  • 60–31 days before arrival: 25% of the total safari cost.

  • 30–15 days before arrival: 50% of the total safari cost.

  • 14–7 days before arrival: 75% of the total safari cost.

  • 6 days or less before arrival, no-show, or early departure: 100% of the total safari cost.

Some services, including domestic flights, park permits, and optional activities, may be non-refundable once confirmed. Any applicable bank or transaction charges incurred during refunds will be deducted from the refundable amount. Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and loss of personal belongings.
