  • Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund, less any applicable bank or transaction charges.

  • Cancellations made 30–59 days before arrival will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made 7–14 days before arrival will incur a 75% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, as well as no-shows or early departures, are non-refundable and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
