Politique d'annulation

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing and are effective from the date they are received by Wookar Adventures. Cancellation charges are applied to recover costs already incurred with hotels, lodges, airlines, park authorities, and other service providers.

  • More than 60 days before arrival: 10% of the total safari cost.

  • 59–45 days before arrival: 25% of the total safari cost.

  • 44–30 days before arrival: 50% of the total safari cost.

  • 29–15 days before arrival: 75% of the total safari cost.

  • 14 days or less before arrival, no-show, or early departure: 100% of the total safari cost.

Certain accommodations, flights, permits, or special activities such as hot air balloon safaris may have separate cancellation terms and may be non-refundable once confirmed. Any applicable bank charges or transaction fees incurred during refunds will be deducted from the refundable amount. Wookar Adventures strongly recommends that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and personal belongings.
