  • 30% deposit required to confirm the booking.

  • 40% payment due 90 days before the safari.

  • 30% balance due 60 days before the safari.

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and availability confirmation from our suppliers.

  • Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit/debit card via payment link.

  • The Maasai Village Visit (USD 100 for 2 adults) may be paid in advance or settled during the safari.

  • Cancellation and refund conditions are subject to the terms of the accommodation providers, transport operators and other service providers involved.

  • Any additional activities or services requested after confirmation will be charged separately.

Politique d'annulation

  • More than 60 days before arrival: Cancellation is subject to supplier terms; any refundable amount will be returned after applicable supplier charges.

  • 60–31 days before arrival: Cancellation charges may apply, depending on the accommodation and service providers.

  • 30 days or less before arrival: The booking may be non-refundable, with charges of up to 100% of the total safari cost.

  • No-show or early departure: No refund will be provided for unused services, accommodation, meals, activities or transportation.

  • Any bank, payment gateway, transaction or cancellation fees incurred are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Wookar Adventures.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after confirmation from the relevant suppliers and may take several working days.
